Harmony Festival:

We were honored to play at the Harmony Festival in Santa Rosa, another Festival going in the books for SambaDá. This is one of the best fests in Nor Cal without a doubt. We shared the stage with Taj Mahal, and Erykah Badu, two artists so deep, it is hard to find the words to describe... Before the night was over, we made sure that Taj and Erykah's percussionist walked away with a Sambadá CD. What an honor and a treat to see such great music. We played a set at noon on the main stage, and had a great reception. Props to all those who came out to dance in the HOT HOT sun. We really love you all. If it wasn't for all you dancers, we would probably give up and make a decent living doing computer work, or carpentry! THANK YOU ALL! You make it possible. Also appearing were Kinky, the Roots, Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys, Amy Goodman, Van Jones, Dennis Kucinich and many many more. The festival really took things up a notch this year and added some tremendous talent to their line-up. Special thanks to all the crew of Harmony. We love you all
